Mi Suny iPowerTab is the solar charger for your iPad that doubles as a stand. Solar chargers have traditionally involved lying your gadget face down in an effort to catch some rays and hence prolong the battery. But the iPowerTab from Mi Suny lets you carry on using it while soaking up the sun. It doubles as a stand for your iPad, keeping it standing in portrait or landscape mode at your picnic.
Specs are limited, and the finished design is likely to change, but the 10,000 mAh battery should keep it going for long time, and it’ll operate from temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius to plus 50. There is no pricing info but it is expected to be released before September.
