HTC found guilty of infringing on Apple’s patents

while most of us have been distracted by the battles going on between the legal might have Apple vs. that of Smsung, it seems HTC has caught itself in a bind recently with its own patent infringement case. The International Trade Commission, as reported in Phandroid, has just found HTC guilty of 2 out of the 10 patent infringements Apple sued them over. While this may not sound as bad (The 2 out of 10 bit) this does give Apple a rather strong position over HTC. Chances are, HTC will try and settle the issue as quickly as possible by paying Apple off.
