All of it is apparently a "very viral" test of a new service from Twilio, according to The Atlantic Wire. Twilio describes itself as "providing infrastructure APIs for businesses to build scalable, reliable voice and text messaging apps."a
"It's unclear if it was intended to be a marketing effort, but based on a new but very active Twitter account, @CallinOates, we're pretty sure it is," says Atlantic Wire.a
