A Texas domestic dispute has been reported by Current-Argus, informing that a husband hit his wife for not liking his facebook status. The person accuused of this charge is Apolinar who had updated his Facebook page with a reminder about the anniversary of his mother’s death. Many of his friends and family pressed “LIKE” on this status as well as posted their comments, except his wife. Which led the man to anger and he hit her.
Apolinar told his wife Dolores: “That’s amazing everyone ‘likes’ my status but you, you’re my wife. You should be the first one to ‘like’ my status.” And then the dispute took physical form leading the husband to hit her wife in the face with his cellphone. After the police came to resolve the domestic dispute he accused the wife of hitting him and herself with the cellphone. The matter has now been put in court.
