Apple Board of Directors discussing Steve Jobs successor options

Steve Jobs, who has been on medical leave from Apple since January 2011, may have some retirement ahead as reports are surfacing that the Board of directors over at Apple have been looking at all available options to find a successor to Steve Jobs.

BGR is reporting that the board has met and talked to “at least one” head of a “high profile tech company” as the possible successor. No indications on who that person may be but it seems that Jobs is either playing the ignorance card or has no idea the board is looking behind his back. When the Wall Street Journal quizzed him on the allegations his response was “I think it’s hogwash”
