Latest Android trojan can record phone calls

CA technologies, a New York based IT solutions company has unveiled a trojan they recently discovered which, once you unwittingly give it the necessary permissions to do so, has the ability to record your phone calls.

Android users have long since dealt with many of the various malware and trojans that infect the gloomiest depths of the Android market and while this particular trojan may not steal your credit card information or spread itself by using your device, it does have the ability to record your outgoing and incoming phone conversations.

As of yet, there’s no evidence to show that this trojan is actually out there, waiting to poke its ugly nose in your conversations but if it were to be leaked, Engadget reports that it has the potential to even upload your calls onto a remote server. Corporate spies would have a field day

Surely former News of The World employees will be pleased with this latest news.
