Google+ has hit another user base milestone and is showing absolutely no sign of stopping. According to the latest figures from ComScore, the Facebook rival has racked up 25 million users worldwide.
To put the numbers into perspective, Twitter and Facebook both took 3 years to achieve similar user figures, while Google+ managed it within just over a month or so, and still being in invite-only phase. Albeit, of course, neither Twitter or Facebook had the financial or marketing muscle that Google+ can flex in its initial years.
Google+ still has a long way up to match Facebook’s clout, but the search giant seems to finally have its formula correct after repeated failures with Orkut, Buzz and Wave.
