Developing brain as Sleeping Baby

Many mothers are surprised by the new-born baby's sleep patterns. That could happen in women who had just given birth. There are babies who sleep longer than interacting with others. There are babies who are fond of staying up at night.

Newborns typically sleep 16 hours a day. At the age of three months, babies sleep only five hours or more in the evening. No wonder many parents complain about having to stay up to accompany the baby.

At the age of 6 months, babies can sleep 8-10 hours at night, or more. But there are also a number of infants who did not sleep at night. Do not worry. That happens because there are some babies who choose to watch in the night they were a year.

But remember to sleep when the baby's brain is growing quickly, you need to form a baby's sleep patterns early on. Here's how:

A. Specify a regular sleep schedule. Read stories, sing lullabies or other things commonly done to deliver the baby to sleep can be done. Do it at the same time so it's time to recognize your baby to sleep.

2. When your baby is sleepy, he lay in bed on their backs. Keep toys out of bed.

3. If the baby is awake at night because of bedwetting, change her diaper. But avoid bright lights. Use dim lights and speak softly, so the baby will know this is not the time to play.
